A big night of music with the swinging sounds of Mire Pral & Cucharada featuring vocalists Ryann Dori Waller & Fedra Cooper Barrera.
This will be a musical concert featuring some of the area’s finest -and most distinctive- talents in a night that harkens back to the 1930s. Each group represents a regional act that taps into that era in which people lived through difficult days that were finished by nights on the town swinging to some of the most influential bandleaders to ever move a crowd. The show will open with a 45-minute set by Cucharada (https://www.facebook.com/cucharadamusic) playing material from the tango style native to Buenos Aires, Argentina. They will be followed by the ensemble Mire Pral (https://www.facebook.com/mirepral/), performing the Gypsy jazz sound inspired by the US but refined in Europe.
